I think we've all been so wrapped in our hustle- work, changes and venturing to better our future selves. But when was the last time you went out and just had a good time?

Go out and get crazy | Carry a lamp on the subway all the way home | Take a trip to view hot motorcycles and hotter men | Dance till your dead | Drink enough to cause binge eating | Get fancy with some of your greatest friends | Play with fruit baskets | Dance with hot gay men | Take the view in | Look around you more and read | Take a smoke break | Dress up as someone other than yourself | Take self-timer photos in the grocery store at 4AM | Get dressed up and feel sexy | Put your heels on and get jiggy | Pose like a bat

The importance of this post is really to go out and enjoy life. It's happening now, right this second. The excuses need to stop- "I'm tired, I'm broke, I'm staying in tonight, I'm over going out". You don't have to go into the club and go hard. But you should go out and see. Have friends around for a glass of wine and some awesome food. Love what your life is and stop focusing on what's wrong in it.

Since I've moved to New York, I've tried to go out and have a good time. Yet the moment I wake up, all I think about is the money I've spent or the time I could of spent working on a project or furthering progress on work, the blog or anything else having to do with furthering my career. Yea, of course, we all know I moved here to hustle my ass off and make something of myself. But what is it without good wine, good friends and good music? I'm done with my excuses- moments like the ones above should happen more often than they do.

So go out, try new wines and make new friends. It's fun. Or so I'm learning.
